Cheese and dried cranberry crostini with maple jelly
CRANBERRY recipe
Servings : 4 servings | Preparation : 5 minutes | Cooking : 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- Goat cheese (125 g log, approx.)
- Plain roasted pistachios, shelled
- Whole dried sweetened cranberries
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple jelly
- 12 small slices of toasted nut bread
PREPARATION
- Cut log into 12 equal portions
- Spread maple jelly (approximately ¼ tsp) and 1 portion of cheese on each slice of bread
- Top with pistachios and dried cranberries
- Bake in oven at 350°F until cheese is runny
- Serve
