Cheese and dried cranberry crostini with maple jelly

CRANBERRY recipe

Servings : 4 servings | Preparation : 5 minutes | Cooking : 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Goat cheese (125 g log, approx.)
  • Plain roasted pistachios, shelled
  • Whole dried sweetened cranberries
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple jelly
  • 12 small slices of toasted nut bread

PREPARATION

  1. Cut log into 12 equal portions
  2. Spread maple jelly (approximately ¼ tsp) and 1 portion of cheese on each slice of bread
  3. Top with pistachios and dried cranberries
  4. Bake in oven at 350°F until cheese is runny
  5. Serve
